Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We provide US domestic shipping to street and PO Box addresses in 48 states and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional fees may apply on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Currently we don’t ship internationally.

All orders will be shipped out no more than 2 business days. In general, we offer standard domestic shipping and priority mail shipping. Shipping time varies from region to region. Please allow 3 ~5 working days for standard shipping and 1~3 days for priority mail to contiguous US.

Return

Items may be returned within 30 days for a refund (less shipping cost). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

i) For any return or refund, you need to contact [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not process any returns or refunds without RAN.

ii) Due to health and safety concerns, opened and used items can not be returned.

iii) We are not responsible for the cost of return item postage or insurance unless the items were originally delivered damaged or faulty.

iv) We cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. It is recommended that you use a registered post service to return goods, and keep a record of the tracking details.
